An extensive remodel for this 1970’s-built townhome in Hawaii Kai. It looked as if it hadn’t been updated since, well... The 70’s! Aiming to give this place a complete modern makeover, I ripped out everything and opened up the walls in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas to create a better flow between spaces while also optimizing the natural light. Featuring a strong neutral color palette, this muted tone-on-tone look with bold splashes of color make this space fresh, fun and sophisticated. Now this home is ready for entertaining!
